CEIS processes personal data directly provided by data subjects through the website, via e-mail or other digital means, such as social media, to achieve the following aims:
- To manage offers, service provision, invoicing and payment collection, to respond to their request.
- To respond to queries, commercial requests, and suggestions and complaints.
- To send information on updates, modifications in our products or services and in our service policy for data subjects.
- Analysis and assessment of CVs for selection processes adapted to the professional profile required for each selection process.
4. Storage of data
Data will remain in our files as long as they are necessary to respond to the contractual/commercial relationship held and to be able to respond this way to the requests made, as long as it is not otherwise stated by the client, and to comply with the applicable legal obligations in each case.
5. Communicating information to a third party.
ceis informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organisations, except in those cases where the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In this last case, the transfer of data to a third party will only be carried out when ceis has the express consent of the user.
