New awarding contract for the mecanical lab
CEIS has been awarded the contract of technical assistance on qualification, training and integration for 11 tests on plastic pipes within a quality scheme, according to ISO 17025 by Moroccan laboratory CTPC (CENTRE TECHNIQUE DE PLASTURGIE ET DE CAOUTCHOUC) of Casablanca.
The signed agreement on June 1th, considers the transfer of an expert of CEIS to provide support for the developments of methods and tests procedures, the internal calibration of the necessary equipment, calculation of the uncertainty of the results, as well as for the training and qualification of laboratory personnel.
The project will finish with a round robin test according to ISO 17043 to validate the results obtained.
Joaquín Lahoz, plastic pipes specialist and production mechanical lab manager, will be the project coordinator by CEIS.
