Tensile strenght test
The objective of this test is to define the maximum tensile load the material used to make the enclosure can withstand and the increased length on breaking.
Test methods
The test methodology is defined in the Standard UNE-EN 60811-501, by means of which a number of dumbbell samples made from the enclosure material are subjected to gradual traction until they break.
The minimum breakage tension and lengthening of the samples is measured.
