MATERIALS
The ceis Metal Materials Laboratory assesses the chemical characteristics and mechanical properties of the following products:
- Seamless cylindrical copper piping.
- Capillary copper piping accessories.
- Soft solder filling metals.
- Metallic safety barriers.
- Lighting poles.
Of all the tests carried out by the laboratory, of note are:
- Mechanical and dimensional properties.
- Impact testing.
- Coating thickness measurements.
- Cu and P determination in Cu matrix.
The aim of the laboratory is to respond to the need for improvements to and quality assessment of the materials tested, in addition to providing 
with information on compliance with specifications for the granting of 
certification mark for these products.
THE METAL MATERIALS LABORATORY PROVIDES ITS CUSTOMERS WITH:
- Reliable results: our customers obtain results whose reliability is ENAC accredited (files 1/LE1356 and LE1524).
- Reference laboratory: the ceis Metal Materials Laboratory is the reference laboratory for obtaining certification mark for copper piping, metal safety railings and lighting poles.
- The laboratory is ENAC accredited to carry out metal materials testing.
